Majority of the Directors, Principals and Teachers who are a part of the 35 member schools of the Association of International Schools in Sri Lanka (AISL) joined the workshop in enhancing their teaching and leadership skills, to aid in nurturing holistic students and support the overall development of a mentor.

Knowledge and experience was shared by reputed educationists and informative presentations were presented at the programme, where the President of the AISL Dr. Thushari Koralage introduced her next step in implementing the 70-20-10 Educational model.

Overall it was good three days of memories and fun where the teachers bonded with each other and learnt a lot of things that would change the lives of the children they lead and them as well.
