Tri Bhasha Dhinum (Language Day) Award Ceremony

The Tri Bhasha Dhinum (Language Day) Award Ceremony of the Primary and Upper School section was held last week. Students were placed in a plethora of events from creative writing, impersonations, digital presentations to script writing for all three languages, Sinhala, Tamil and English.

At the Awards Ceremony, the students who won places were selected to showcase their events to the audience. Mrs. Ambikai Foreman, a past journalist/writer and a current researcher who speaks all three languages attended the event as the chief guest.

AGS believes that language is the most powerful tool that students can hold to win the world and we ensure that our students learn all three languages Sinhala, Tamil and English.
